III. Situations Where Returns Are Not Supported:

Items that have been used or show obvious signs of human-caused damage; damage caused by improper use or maintenance; items returned after the specified return application period; items marked as non-refundable (e.g., clearance or special offer items).

After customer service approval, return instructions will be provided.

Return the item as required and provide the tracking number.

After receiving and verifying the item, we will process a refund or exchange.
